This page explains, in plain language, what happens with the data of anyone who visits the Disruptivo website or gets in touch with me. If anything here isn't clear, write to contato@disruptivo.site and I'll answer.
Who controls your data
The data controller for this site is Disruptivo (Brazilian company registration / CNPJ 63.952.363/0001-47). Any request about this policy or about your own data can be sent to contato@disruptivo.site.
What data this site collects
The site has no sign-up forms, doesn't use tracking cookies, and doesn't run analytics tools or ad pixels. The only data handled is what you choose to send when you get in touch — over WhatsApp or by email at contato@disruptivo.site. In that case, what's recorded is only what the conversation itself contains: your name, phone number or email, and the message content.
The site's fonts (Google Fonts) load directly from Google's servers, which may log the IP address of anyone visiting the page — this is standard for practically any site using web fonts and doesn't involve any personal identification by Disruptivo.
What I use this data for
I use the data only to reply to your message, understand your business during the free assessment call, and, if the project moves forward, to deliver the contracted service (website, logo and visual identity, Google Business Profile, paid traffic). I don't use your data for anything else.
Who I share it with
I don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only exceptions are:
- tools you choose to use during the project yourself — WhatsApp itself, or advertising platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, which have their own privacy policies;
- a legal obligation, if the law requires sharing specific information.
How long I keep the data
I keep the conversation history (WhatsApp/email) and project data for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet tax and contractual obligations. You can request deletion at any time through the contact above.
Your rights
Because Disruptivo is a Brazilian company, the handling of your data is governed by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), regardless of which country you're writing from. In practice, you have the same basic rights: to confirm whether I process your data, access what I hold, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable. Security
I handle data with the care reasonable for a business of this size: communication only through the official channels above (WhatsApp and email), and no storage in public or shared databases.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated whenever the site or the way I work with clients changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.
